• Each speaker For and Against the Motion will get 3 minutes to speak. There will be a warning bell 15

sec before the stipulated time.

• Participants are free to include quotations, shyayari, etc. in Hindi.

• The sequence of the speaker will be decided on the basis of the draw.

• The interjector will ask one question to each speaker speaking For and Against the motion.

• The speaker will get 1 minute to answer the question.

• The first speaker will get one extra chance to answer the question put up by the interjector.

• Negative marking will be awarded for participants exceeding the time limit.

• There will be a prize for the Best Speaker For the motion, Best Speaker Against the motion and Best Interjector.

• No swiping of participants or change in participants will be permitted after 29th July 2025.
