LIFE INSIDE OUT
1

Leadership is a Choice

How can you be a leader in life? Your family? your school? your community?

What are the 7 Habits?
What you mean by "Inside Out"?
"Why is it essential to win the Private Victory before winning the Public Victory?"

Habits are great tools for us. If we learn and use them, we will see great results.

ARE THERE ANY WRONG ANSWERS?

LOOK CLOSELY AND TELL  WHAT IMAGE DO YOU SEE HERE.

What is a paradigm?
It is the way you see something or perceive the world.
Your point of view about
something. The paradigm influences our thoughts, actions, attitudes and the results.

'
Negative paradigm brings negative result to your life.

MAKE A CHOICE TO SEE THINGS DIFFERENTLY.

The "See-Do-Get" model, also known as Covey's belief, action, and outcome framework, is a simple tool to understand how our perceptions (what we "see") shape our actions (what we "do"), which in turn shapes the results (what we "get").

Example 1: Student and Learning

  • See (Belief/Perception):
"Math is difficult, and I’m not good at it."

  • Do (Action):
Avoids practicing math, doesn't ask questions, gives up easily.

  • Get (Outcome):
Scores low marks and struggles more in math.

🌀 This reinforces the belief that math is difficult.

Positive Shift Example:

  • See:
"Math is a skill. The more I practice, the better I get."

  • Do:
Practices regularly, asks for help, uses online tools.

  • Get:
    Improves understanding and scores higher.

Example 2: Teamwork in a School Project

  • See:
"I can do it better alone; others will slow me down."

  • Do:
    Works alone, avoids collaboration.

  • Get:
Misses out on diverse ideas, feels overwhelmed.

Positive Shift Example:

  • See:
"Working together brings better ideas and shared responsibility."

  • Do:
Shares tasks, listens to teammates, and respects their input.

  • Get:
Stronger project results, less stress, better teamwork.
